At Crescent Moon, we take full advantage of rich soil, abundant spring water, and tropical sun. The gardens and greenhouse provide a variety of fresh, mescaline greens, tender vegetables, savory spices and seasonings, and seasonal fruits. Our 100 foot organic greenhouse minimizes the time from soil to plate and the proof is in the taste.
For the omnivore all of our fish and meat is from local farmers and fisherman. The vegetarian is treated homemade tofu and other local sources of protein.
All the raw ingredients are in the hands of a Culinary Institute of America trained chef with a lifetime of fine dinning, nutritional analysis, and traditional, slow food preparation experience.
