The acreage at Crescent Moon is a densely packed tropical garden of blossoms, fruits, and aromatics set against the backdrop of rainforest mountain ridges and boundless Caribbean Sea. Seasonal fruit trees such as starfruits, limes, breadnuts, cherry guavas, tangerines, and grapefruits provide our juices and breakfast fruits. Herbal plants and “bush” medicines including vervien, peppermint, ginger, turmeric, and eucalyptus are also on hand.
Our greenhouse is open for exploration and the goats and chickens also welcome a visit. The temperature at Crescent Moon maintains a year round comfort of warm days and cool nights. There are nesting parrots, herons, hawks, and hummingbirds that fill the valley with sights and sounds.
There is no issue with mosquitoes as the surrounding nature is well balanced, however, we do have netting available on request.
